Hi my name is Michael Kobylski (Mike), Aka "Bear" it was a nickname my Dad gave to me when I was young. I
started as a drummer on 7/8/78 I was 8 years old going on 9. My oldest brother Joe was a major influence on me
in my younger years. Playing albums from: Black Sabbath, Ted Nugent, Kiss, Journey,The Cars, Triumph,Van Halen,Alice
Cooper, B.T.O., Aerosmith, Todd Rundgren, Angel, Humble Pie, Blue Oyster Cult, Elton John,Blondie,B52's,FEAR, Just to name
a few.

My first teacher was Chris Doman. but he had to go to college,so his place in history was short lived. His
uncle was my next and most influentual teacher his name is Doug Doman;to this day, Doug is a great drummer.
He was always about rudements, and timing, and posture. Chris Ceja also taught me for a short period. Everything else I figured
out on my own.
